Your Instagram account probably loses out to Allan Dixon's. A photographer and computer engineering graduate, Dixon beat out nearly half a million other people in the Best Jobs In The World campaign that was launched by Tourism Australia a few years back. Now he calls himself an 'adventure content marketer,' where his job is to travel the world and take selfies with animals. No, I'm not joking.
Last week he announced that he'll be filming more, so we can expect even more stuff like this:
This little goat called Nigel was saved as it's mother was hit by a car. He now hangs out in the reception making visitors smile at the Kiwi Birdlife Park in Queenstown. Staff are happy, customers are happy, everyone's happy. Bring your pets to work should be mandatory. He's awesome! ????? @kiwibirdlifepark #DaxonsAnimalSelfies
Along with the 'creative process' behind his selfies.
Until then, we get to enjoy the rest of his online resume.
Today is #SaveQuokkas day! SMS a picture of yourself to +61437644978 and WWF will send you back a quokka selfie for you to post online and hashtag it #SaveQuokkas. Unfortunately a huge number of quokkas died on the mainland in a forest fire but WWF are raising money to help rehabilitate quokkas. See all the great stuff they're doing for quokkas here: www.wwf.org.au/savequokkas or click the link in my bio. ? Keep them smiling forever! @wwf_australia
What a time to be alive.
