I've had and seen some pretty disastrous haircuts in my time. But this poor dog takes the biscuit. Twitter user Lindsay Martin recently decided to share the butchering that her dog went through after her mom told the groomer "to keep it long on the top."

 And after.

Unsurprisingly, Martin isn't very happy. "My mom just RUINED my dog and she literally said 'he wanted to keep it long on the top' I am devastated," she wrote on Twitter.

Especially because her mom won't let her fix it. "Update: mom still won't cut it off," Martin shared.

Twitter seemed to love it, though. One user even compared his new 'do to the one Justin Timberlake was rocking during his NSYNC days. Others said he looked like NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. or restaurateur Guy Fieri.

Martin seems anything but pleased about what happened to poor Wembley. She wrote, "My dog and I would appreciate positive feedback only during this emotional time thank you," later adding, "Wembley is the best dog in the world. Fluffy or Fieri."

But was quick to reassure people that he's doing just fine and clarify that she still loves him, bad haircut or not. She was clearly responding to some criticism when she wrote, "He has a sweater and we don't leave our dogs outside calm down." She also made a point of saying, "Disclaimer: it was funny & I'm not actually upset about it. There are worse things in the world and his hair will grow back."

And he does seem happy enough. "Smiling to his new fans," Martin wrote next to a particularly funny picture.
