Actress and Bollywood star Ankita Lokhande is best known for playing the character Archana Deshmukh on the soap opera Pavitra Rishta for five years, and the role led her to becoming one of the highest paid actresses.
After retiring from the small screen in 2018, Ankita turned her attention toward the movie industry. She's since starred in several blockbusters, including Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Baaghi 3.
As far as Ankita's personal life goes, it's been rumored that she has several exciting updates.

When the former soap opera star posted a photo of her holding twins, many of her followers initially assumed that she was announcing that she had secretly become a mother. But, Ankita confirmed in her caption that she had become an aunt to twins named Abeera and Abeer.
"Our family rejoices - a new life’s begun. Our circle is richer with the birth of these TWINS. WELCOME Abeer and Abeera," she wrote in the caption. "Congratulations Varsha di and jiju."
It appears as if the babies are the biological niece and nephew of Ankita's rumored fiancé, Vicky Jain. She tagged him along with the babies' mother and father in her post.
Who is Ankita Lokhande's rumored fiancé?
Back in the fall of 2018, Ankita first revealed that she was dating businessman Vicky Jain. He is also the co-owner of the Mumbai Tigers, a cricket club. In May of 2020, Ankita began posting photos while wearing a diamond ring. Many began speculating that she had secretly taken the next step with Vicky, and pictures from an alleged engagement ceremony also began circulating.
The actress has yet to explicitly confirm her engagement. She discussed her relationship with the entrepreneur and how she's not in a particular rush to get married in an interview with Bombay Times in January of 2019.
"Love is really important for me, because I believe in it. I believe in giving love to everyone, including my family, dogs and myself, and not just the person I get married to. Relationships are very important, because that's the bond you share with someone and that's how love grows between people. Marriage has always been my dream. I have always wanted to get married. But at this point, my priorities have changed," she said. "I am really looking forward to more films."
Vicky and Ankita have had their recent share of heartache. On June 14, 2020, the public was rocked by the news that Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput had allegedly committed suicide at his home in Mumbai.
In addition to being Ankita's co-star on Pavitra Rishta, Sushant had a six year relationship with the actress. The two began dating in 2010, a year after the show first debuted.
Following her ex-boyfriend's death, Ankita has posted several tributes to him on Instagram. Along with Sushant's sister, father, and several of his other family members, Ankita has been open about wanting a further investigation into his death.
Unfortunately, Vicky began to receive hate online with regards to Sushant's passing. Many people have flooded his comments section online with messages about Ankita and Sushant's relationship.
