TikToker and Coffee Connoisseur Chris Olsen Talks Ex Horror Stories — Is He Dating Anyone?

Comedian and TikTok star Chris Olsen is one of those influencers whose fanbase stays glued to his every move. He and his now ex-boyfriend, fellow influencer Ian Paget, broke up in early 2022, and Chris then seemed to find a new beau in Patrick Johnson.

Chris was last known to be dating Patrick Johnson, but he initially kept the relationship reveal pretty close to his chest. It makes sense, considering Chris has publicly said one of the reasons why his relationship with Ian fell apart was the idea that they had to create and maintain a "perfect" relationship. Chris and Ian had started doing TikToks together seven months into their relationship, and as their fame grew, so did the pressure to be without fault or issues. Obviously, that's not realistic.

It stands to reason Chris might have initially wanted to keep his partnership with Patrick in a bit of a bubble. He announced his status in a brief September 2023 TikTok where he was leaning against his new person, while lip synching over a TikTok trend where someone asks, "Who makes you laugh the hardest," followed by "Who is the most beautiful person you know?" The answer to both was, "My boyfriend." But all we could see was a shoulder and a left ear.

Naturally, internet sleuths started investigating. Somehow, they were able to find the TikTok account of Patrick Johnson, who posted the same TikTok as Chris, but the positions were reversed.

And while on his best friend Meghan Trainor's podcast in September 2023, Chris revealed he is "treated like a princess," and Patrick (who he didn't name) had met his lola (grandmother). They got along beautifully.

Sadly, in late 2023, fans started speculating that Chris and Patrick had broken up. A commenter in a December 2023 TikTok even claimed that they'd seen one of them on Raya. And on Reddit, another fan said "the previous OVERLOAD of boyfriend content has been removed" (presumably they were referring to Chris's TikTok account).

Chris Olsen is currently 26 years old. The influencer was born on Dec. 22, 1997, per his IMDb bio, and is believed to have been raised in Washington, D.C. Today, he reportedly splits his time between Los Angeles and New York, according to British GQ.

On March 13, 2024, Chris took to TikTok to share a series of dating horror stories. He opened his video with a disclaimer, clarifying that none of the incidents he was about to recount had occurred recently, and they didn't pertain to any specific individual.

Among the tales he recounted was one involving an ex-boyfriend, who had made a disturbing remark: "Hopefully you can be strong enough to follow through with that one day," he said, alluding to a past visit Chris had made to the psych ward after "an attempt."

While dating someone else, Chris explained that after the two had gotten into a fight and made up, they planned to take a road trip. Chris later learned that said "road trip" was merely a disguise to get him the car so that his ex could take his phone, drop him off on the highway, and see how long he could survive. Thankfully, Chris dodged that bullet and never got in the car.

Mid-video, Chris professed to the camera that he's “been cheated on so many times I can't even count them." Sadly, the horror stories didn't end there. In another instance, Chris says that after getting into a fight with an ex-boyfriend and asking for space, said boyfriend showed up the next morning, sitting at the foot of his bed. Mind you, he says they didn't share a place. Yikes, Chris! Let's hope that Chris has put his share of unfortunate dating encounters behind him for good.
