Ciara talks raising kids (and watching out for goose poop) with husband Russell Wilson in Colorado.

Bidding farewell to Washington, Russell, Ciara, and their kids moved in 2022 to Colorado after the professional football player was named the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos.

For the Wilson family, this marks their first summer in Colorado, and Ciara told us that she's really looking forward to "exploring and learning" more about the state.

"I can tell you I think I'm going to definitely be more of an outdoorsy kind of girl now," Ciara told us. "I've already [seen] snakes ... geese running around on my lawn."

Though she didn't seem too startled by the snakes, Ciara revealed that the geese are another story.

"I don't want no geese poop on my lawn," she laughed, adding that the request was probably a bit "unrealistic."

"Russ has a video of me like literally chasing after one of these [geese]," she said. "I have babies and I don't want them running around and stepping into geese poop."

Aside from the unwanted bird visits to the Wilson household, Ciara told Distractify that she's "so excited about this new chapter" in their lives. "So far, it's been really incredible," she said, adding, "and there's really good food in Denver!"

Ciara talks new single "Treat" which features her kids: "I'm so proud of them."

Creating memories with her kids is something Ciara strives to do. When she's not "running around in the backyard" or learning fun TikTok dances together, Ciara shared that she loves to bake things, such as Rice Krispies Treats with her kids.

"The kids really get into it, especially my daughter Sienna," Ciara told us. The singer explained that her kids love "helping" in the kitchen as they feel really "proud of the end result."

Aside from baking, Ciara's kids are also cooking beats alongside their talented mom. Ciara's new track "Treat." features Future and Sienna, and the mother of three could not contain her excitement, telling us, "I'm so proud of them."

Overall, Ciara hopes that the song will bring "good family vibes" to those who play the earworm track.

"There's never too much of like good fun and love [when] with your family and your friends," she added. "You can never have too much of that."
