Whispers about the end of Dorit and PK Kemsley's marriage have been flying around for over a year, but Dorit has remained tight-lipped throughout. Their marital struggles were a focal point in her storyline in Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and while the cameras made it look like they were on the road to recovery, the whispers continued. Dorit continued to evade the issue during the reunion, which annoyed both fans and Andy Cohen, who yawned once again while she was speaking.

A major source of their problems stemmed from the robbery incident in 2021. In October 2021, two men broke into Dorit and PK's home and robbed them. Dorit and their children were home at the time, and the men threatened her life if she did not follow instructions. PK, however, was in London at the time of the robbery. Dorit now suffers from PTSD from the incident, something that PK was unable to handle.

Now that they've separated, here is a look back on their relationship.

Dorit and PK Kemsley's relationship timeline begins in 2011.

Dorit and PK had been together for roughly 13 years, having met in 2011. He asked her out on a date, but she was leaving for a work trip overseas. PK persisted enough to get her to change her flight, which is pretty impressive considering that she was traveling to Hong Kong. Love won, however, and soon, they were in a committed relationship.

Three years after they began their romance, an even bigger surprise awaited them: a brand new baby boy.

Dorit and PK have their first child in 2014 and get married in 2015.

In February 2014, Dorit gave birth to her and PK's first child together, Jagger Kemsley. After their baby was born, the couple made their relationship legally official, getting married in 2015. Their wedding took place in New York City, with the festivities happening at the famous Rainbow Room, and had a roaring '20s theme. Their wedding also featured a special performance by Boy George, who is a close friend of theirs. Dorit described the wedding as “elegant, warm, and luxurious."

In 2016, Dorit and PK have their second child — and 'RHOBH' enters the chat.

The Kemsley family continued to grow in 2016 when Dorit gave birth to their daughter Phoenix. Things were pretty perfect for the little family, so when Dorit was offered a spot on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she jumped at the opportunity, and PK supported her in the decision to join the series. In an interview with the Daily Dish, Dorit shared, "PK's cool. He likes it. He likes the thrill of it. As far as the negative attention, he just says, 'Oh, who cares? We are who we are.'"

Trouble brews when PK is away in 2021, leading to deep cracks fracturing their relationship — and a 2024 separation announcement.

Everything changed for the couple in 2021 when the robbery took place while PK was in London. Dorit was diagnosed with PTSD after being in fear for her life and her children's lives. PK became dismissive of Dorit's feelings as time went on, and she continued to struggle. At the RHOBH Season 13 reunion in March 2024, Dorit denied that their marriage was ending. After Bravo denied a rumor that she'd be demoted for not telling the truth about their marriage, she announced in May 2024 that she and PK were separating.
