Henry Cavill's Relationship History From Kaley Cuoco to Natalie Viscuso

Actor Henry Cavill is a total British heartthrob. Considering he literally played Superman in Man of Steel, how could anyone help but to swoon over him?

The star's career started to gain traction in 2001 with the movie Laguna and, since then, he has been in the limelight. His dating history has also been on public display. Sadly, Henry is taken right now, but that doesn't stop us from reminiscing on his past relationships.

After years in the spotlight, Henry's first romantic connection was with champion horse jumper Ellen Whitaker in 2009. It was a very serious relationship and he even asked her to marry him in 2011.

"I couldn't believe it when he asked me to marry him," Ellen told the Belfast Telegraph. "I thought we were there to celebrate his birthday. It was such a surprise and I am so happy."

Unfortunately, they split in 2012, making their relationship short and sweet. Reportedly, there was no disastrous fallout. Ellen and Henry just realized they weren't meant to be.

It didn't take long for Henry to be linked to someone new. Later in 2012, he was connected to Gina Carano. For a few years, they would have an on-again-off-again "situationship."

"Gina is a complete firecracker. And she's finally found someone who can handle her," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. "She says they have a good thing going!" Their official break up came in December 2014.

In the middle of the hectic nature of his relationship with Gina, Henry began dating actor Kaley Cuoco. In the summer of 2013, the pair had a short-lived romance... and by short-lived we mean 10 days.

"I had no one following me until I met Superman," Kaley told Cosmopolitan. "I've been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything. There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like several months ago. The recognition was crazy."

Perhaps Henry's most controversial relationship was when he dated Tara King in 2016. The pair have a major age gap. At the time, Henry was 33 and Tara was only 19. When people called out the 13-year difference, he hit back and defended it.

Apparently, Henry had found himself in a similar situation when he was 19, so he didn't see much wrong with it. Henry was more worried about the maturity level of those involved rather than the number.

Henry and Lucy Cork's relationship flew pretty under the radar. They met on the set of Mission: Impossible — Fallout and kept everything fairly lowkey, especially their quiet breakup.

In fact, their split was revealed by accident. An insider who had been at a party with Henry revealed to The Mirror that they heard his friends discussing his relationship status.

"His mates were trying to set him up with a new girl now that he is single," they said. "One girl introduced herself and a pal shouted over them, ‘He’s single and ready to mingle.’ Henry laughed awkwardly before trying to carry on chatting to the mortified girl.”

Currently, Henry is dating Natalie Viscuso. He went fully public and official with their relationship in 2021. "This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess," he wrote on Instagram at the time, confirming their romance.
