Blueface Defends His Baby Mama Jaidyn Alexis After a Video of Her Working a “9-5” Surfaces

The footage shows Jaidyn taking YouTube star (and Halle Bailey’s boo) DDG’s order as she's upfront. As she placed the order, the two exchanged a smile.

The short clip from My Mixtapez of Jaidyn seemingly working a “regular job” after Blueface briefly reconnected with Chrisean for his music video “Baby Momma Drama,” quickly made its rounds on social media. After seeing the scuttlebutt about his baby mama, Blueface jumped to her defense and clarified she was working at his family’s restaurant when the video was recorded.

“9-5? Bih, that’s my family restaurant,” Blueface confirmed on Twitter underneath the video of Jaidyn. “She was d---near running that bih. I can’t believe y’all hate Jaidyn this bad y’all gotta go post videos from 2021 to paint a false narrative.”

To further prove that he had Jaidyn’s back, Blueface posted an older video of himself also working a “9-5” before his music career took off, writing in the caption, “Since y’all wanna post my bih working 9-5 look at me working a 9-5 is there something wrong with that?”

After Blueface cleared up the reports about Jaidyn, fans were still puzzled by her job, if not working at a restaurant. According to Jaidyn’s Instagram, the mother of two is a content creator with over 50,000 followers. In 2021, she also described herself as the CEO of Babyface Skin & Body on Instagram.

In 2023, Jaidyn started dabbling into music, coining herself the “First Lady of MILF music.” Throughout the year, Jaidyn and Blueface have released several songs together, including “Workout” and “Stewie.”

Jaidyn, who is also from Los Angeles, Calif., like Blueface, has received many comments regarding her appearance. Several fans have compared her to the popular Family Guy character, Stewie, which she has turned into a hit song. Additionally, commenters have questioned Jaidyn’s ethnicity due to her complexion.

According to multiple reports, Jaidyn identified as “mixed,” another term for biracial. Jaidyn’s mother reportedly has Black, white, and Asian roots, while her father is Mexican and Native American.

Jaidyn and Blueface’s relationship first became public around 2020. However, the high school sweethearts had been together for several years before Blueface’s music career exploded. In a 2019 article with Fader, Blueface credited his time being a stay-at-home dad with their son, Javaughn Jamall Porter, while Jaidyn worked as inspiring the beginning of his career.

“I would be at home with my son, write lyrics, rap on the ‘Gram, come up with ideas,” he said. “When he gets tired of me, I get tired of him. I had time to come up with s—t.”

Since Jaidyn held Blueface down when they were younger, it makes sense why he makes her a part of his life now, whether they’re on good or bad terms. Since their son Javaughn’s birth, the pair welcomed a daughter in August 2022.
