Jenelle was first arrested for breaking and entering in 2010.

Jenelle's legal woes began when she allegedly broke into a neighbor's home. On top of that, though, she allegedly had drugs on her, only making the charges that much worse.

She pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Her breaking-and-entering charge and possession of marijuana charge were both later dismissed. As a first-time offender, and because she fessed up to her indiscretions, she was given only one year on probation.

She got in trouble for fighting.

In 2011, Jenelle was slammed with a warrant after she was caught being involved in a fight. She even got booked into prison for the ordeal with charges of assault and affray. The other person dropped the assault charge. She was given 30 days in prison and another year of probation after the affray conviction.

Her next charges came in rapid succession.

Jenelle violated her probation by testing positive for drug use. This landed her with another arrest. Once 2012 rolled around, she was accused of harassing her former roommate Hannah Inman. Jenelle was released from prison and a domestic protection order was put in place.

However, it only took a week for her to get back into trouble for allegedly violating the domestic protection order. Her former roommate dropped the charges, which Jenelle confirmed by tweeting: "COURT IS OVER WITH CHARGES WERE DROPPED WITH THE HANNAH CASE. :) she dropped them."

Her former boss alleged that she was cyberstalking him not long after, but those charges were also eventually dismissed.

Jenelle and her ex Gary Head found themselves in some trouble.

Jenelle and Gary Head were both arrested because they allegedly abused each other in a fight. Gary's charges included assault on a female, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of another controlled substance, but Gary only pled guilty to assault. Jenelle's charges were dismissed.

She failed to show up to court.

She didn't show up to a hearing about the alleged cyberstalking, but she turned herself in. Jenelle continued to struggle with drug abuse and was booked into prison after failing another drug test. She got pregnant not too long after and was arrested again after fighting with her ex-boyfriend, Nathan Griffith. After that, she was allegedly driving without a license. Jenelle only received a small fine for that ordeal.

Jenelle was also accused of domestic abuse.

Her most recent arrests come alongside allegations of domestic abuse. After she and Nathan got engaged, she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him, but Nathan didn't want to press charges so they were dropped. They are no longer engaged.

She then went to court after allegedly assaulting Nathan's new girl. "I'll be happy to tell you first… not guilty," Jenelle tweeted after the verdict came in.
