Aside from the insane amounts of drama happening on board Below Deck Med's The Wellington superyacht (Lara leaving, Bugsy returning, and the reminder that we haven't even started the season's third charter), we have to take some time aside to fawn over the incredible chef.

Hindrigo "Kiko" Lorran might be our favorite cook to ever enter the galley on the franchise, and so much of that is due to the fact that he prepares mouthwatering dishes but keeps a very cool and laid back attitude with the rest of the staff the whole time.

In short: who doesn't have a crush on Below Deck Med's Kiko? Alas, it seems the Brazilian chef is taken, by his long-time girlfriend Nicole Skwara. Keep reading for everything we know about the lovebirds.

Who is Kiko's girlfriend, Nicole Skwara?

We melted two weeks ago on June 12 when Kiko posted a photo of his significant other for Brazilian Valentine's Day. "It's been an amazing journey with you," he wrote alongside a heart. For her part, she slid into his comments to wish him a happy day as well, in Portuguese.

While Nicole's Instagram account is private, Hot Virals has luckily done some digging on Kiko's mystery woman and taken out a lot of the guesswork. It sounds like the pair are quarantining together in Hawaii, or at least are hiding out there during the pandemic.

Hot Virals writes that Nicole has posted an Instagram photo of the "tiny house" they're living in, likely before making the decision to take her account private. "Our 10 square meter Hawaiian Paradise," she called their close quarters. "No, there hasn't been any murder attempt yet," she added, "thanks to surf, good food and wine."

Love Kiko's cooking? Check out the chef's cookbook!

It's clear from seeing Kiko cook on Below Deck Med that preparing food is how this chef channels his love and emotions. More so than anyone we've seen in the Below Deck galleys, Kiko truly expresses himself in the kitchen. He doesn't make his dishes over-the-top or fussy, but you can tell everything he makes tastes delicious because of the sheer amount of tenderness he puts into preparing each meal.

And it turns out that you can recreate some of these delectable dishes in the comfort of your own home thanks to his book, The Surfers Cookbook. Kiko, who on Instagram calls himself #TheSurfingChef, has decided to share his passion for cooking with the world in his new book, which teaches home cooks to prepare fresh and aquatic-themed meals.

"When I was only eight, I was always curious about how my mother made her famous carrot cake and cheese bread," he writes on the website for his cookbook, by way of introduction. "I believe this was my first contact with the culinary profession that I love and it gave me the curiosity to learn!"

We can't wait to see what other creations Kiko surprises his guests with. New episodes of Below Deck Med air Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
