Fox News’ Lisa Boothe Is Keeping Mum About Her Love Life

Lisa is a Fox News Channel contributor who joined the cable news outlet in 2016 to provide “political analysis and commentary across FNC’s daytime and primetime programming,” according to her bio. She’s also a contributing writer for The Washington Examiner.

The fact-checking website PolitiFact called out Lisa’s “mostly false” 2016 assertion on The O’Reilly Factor that “one in four inmates [in the U.S.] are illegal immigrants.”

Lisa told the site that she was basing that statement on a now-offline Heritage Foundation analysis, which cited a March 2011 Government Accountability Office report that found that around one in four U.S. inmates from 2006 to 2010 were “criminal aliens,” defined by the GAO as “noncitizens who are residing in the United States legally or illegally and are convicted of a crime.”

Lisa’s Fox News bio also reveals she graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a B.A. in political science and government. Before her job with Fox News, Lisa led polling efforts as an executive of WPA Research and did communications work for senators, congresspeople, and super PACs.

Lisa’s profile on Turning Point USA, meanwhile, reveals she was also the president of High Noon Strategies, a boutique communications firm, and the assistant press secretary for the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Lisa Boothe appears to be unmarried, though details about her love life are scarce online. Various websites report that she is (or was) in a relationship with a man named John Bourbonia Cummins, with whom she had a humorous Facebook exchange in 2015. After Lisa posted a photo at the time, John replied, “Thanks for cropping me out!” Lisa’s reply: “Love you. Mean it.”

Lisa keeps mum about her love life on social media. She does, however, post frequent Instagram photos of her family members and her dog Bella, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. “I know I’m biased, but this face,” she wrote in April 2020 alongside a photo of Bella.

Lisa also posted a Father’s Day tribute to her dad in June 2020. “Happy Father’s Day to my rock, coach, and mentor!” she wrote at the time. “I am so thankful to have such an amazing dad who would do anything for his family. I count my blessings every day. Shoutout to my big bro who has followed in his footsteps as a wonderful father. It’s been so cool to see him be a dad. Love you both more than anything.”
