Kim Zolciak Is Having Money Problems — but What About Her Daughter, Brielle? Their Legal Woes

Barbie-esque reality star Kim Zolciak-Biermann gained popularity for her outgoing personality (and her fights with NeNe Leakes) on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Over the years, audiences have also gotten to know her daughters — Ariana and Brielle Biermann.

Both of Kim’s kids are proof that the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree. While Ariana looks a lot like her mom, her eldest daughter, Brielle, is her twin.

Kim and the girls’ adopted father, Kroy Biermann, have a combined net worth of $8 million, so Ariana and Brielle are no strangers to the luxe life. However, now that the girls are all grown up, fans are wondering if the two have any income of their own.

Ariana decided to get a college degree while her sister chose a different path. So, what does Brielle do for a living?

Brielle is definitely not relying on her famous mom to foot her bills. In fact, throughout her career, Brielle has made some serious cash.

That said, news broke that family was experience some financial problems in late 2023.

The Biermann family is going through it. Not only did Kroy file for divorce in August of 2023, but reports also revealed that Kim, Kroy, and Brielle were all being sued for non-payment of their credit card bills.

Brielle has been accused of not paying her $12,870 American Express tab (per UsWeekly) but she promised to pay the bill in full after the lawsuit was filed. Kim and Kroy, on the other hand, are in much bigger trouble with the law.

Along with Kim's unpaid credit card debt, which totals more than $150,000, their mansion was at risk of foreclosure. Plus, Kroy is being sued for not repaying the money he spent on a casino trip in the Caribbean. Not to mention both Kim and her soon-to-be ex-husband owe money to the IRS.

Although the family denied that they' were in financial distress in the past, they've been pretty quiet about it as of late. Well — everyone except for Kroy.

According to him, their recent financial struggles are a result of Kim's gambling addiction. Although Kim sold her and her daughter's luxury items to recoup her losses, Kroy said that none of the proceeds actually went to paying off their bills.

It's unclear how their legal issues will play out, but it's not looking too good for the couple.
