While they’re not on the same show, Lesa Milan and West Wilson are on their way to becoming two of Bravo’s brightest stars. West, who joined Summer House in Season 8, kept fans intrigued all season as they wondered what led to his and his co-star, Ciara Miller’s breakup.
Equally, Lesa, who debuted on The Real Housewives of Dubai in 2022, has piqued our curiosity about the dynamics between her and her former BFF, Chanel Ayan, in Season 2 of the series.
West and Lesa are skilled at keeping up the conversation about them. In June 2024, Lesa caused more chatter about them when she suggested he tried to add her to his Bravo romance roster.
What happened between West Wilson and Lesa Milan?
As Caroline Stanbury knows, Lesa doesn’t mince her words. The Minaroe CEO is also unafraid to speak her truth, no matter how bad it may or may not make the other person look.
Case in point: Lesa had no problem spilling the tea about West’s flirty ways.
In a June 2024 interview with Decider, she discussed West and Ciara’s breakup and how West’s Summer House co-star Paige DeSorbo implied that West ended his and Ciara’s relationship because he got bored of her once his popularity grew from being on the show.
Lesa reacted to her Bravo peer’s reported reason for breaking up with his girlfriend. She said she hoped the news wasn’t “true” and jokingly threatened to “slap” him if it was.
“Oh, if that’s what it was, I’m gonna slap him,” she said. “I hope that’s not true. I just hope that’s not true.
Lesa also shared her experience with meeting West at a Bravo watch party. She said the sports commentator was kind to her during their hangout. However, she revealed that in between the lovely comments came flirty vibes she didn’t expect to receive. At one point, Lesa reportedly had to remind him that she’s been happily married to her husband, Richard Hall, since 2014.
“I didn’t get that vibe from him when I met him,” she said of West. “He was actually so charming, so nice. I had to tell him a few times I’m married with three kids, but such a nice guy. So I’m gonna have to watch to see how it plays out.”
Lesa Milan agrees that West “fumbled” his ‘Summer House’ “bag” by breaking up with Ciara.
In addition to exposing West’s flirtatious ways, Lesa said she’s intrigued to see how West and Ciara parted ways.
The Dubai star admitted to not being fully caught up on Summer House Season 8 but said she’s considering having a binge-watching session to see precisely how West “fumbled” the bag that comes with being a Bravo it-couple.
“I really liked West when I met him and I didn’t know he was down for the swirl,” Lesa said. “But now I want to really watch to see what happened because how do you fumble that bag? I don’t get it. I mean, she looks amazing, so I need to catch up. I’m probably four or five episodes behind. So, I need to work it out. I’m a Bravo fan, so I need to.”
While West hasn’t confirmed or denied flirting with Lesa, the Complex host has shared some insight into why he and Ciara didn’t work out. He admitted on Nick Viall’s podcast The Viall Files that being monogamous with her seemed “scary.”
“I think compromise scares me a little bit,” West said. “Operating with only my interests feels safe."
