When was Season 5 of 'The Kardashians' filmed?

In the season premiere, Kourtney Kardashian Barker reveals that she is seven and a half months pregnant with her and Travis Barker's first child. Now, seeing as she gave birth to their son in November 2023, this suggests that filming for Season 5 of The Kardashians began around mid-to-late September 2023.

Later in the Season 5 premiere, Kourtney — who tested positive for COVID-19 just hours before — attends her Disney-themed baby shower thrown for her by her mom, Kris Jenner, and her sisters. While there, Khloé Kardashian reveals that Kourtney's due date is roughly five weeks away.

For further proof, on Sept. 27, 2023, Kourtney took to the Poosh website and shared behind-the-scenes details and pictures of her baby shower. A few days later, on Sept. 29, she posted several photos from the "baby shower of [her] dreams" on Instagram.

Adding to the timeline, let's delve into Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner's agenda! The pair are attending Paris Fashion Week in the first episode, aligning with the event running from September 25 to Oct. 3, 2023. Additionally, Kendall casually mentions catching up on The Golden Bachelor with Kris, which premiered on Sept. 28, 2023.

So, it's pretty much a sure thing that filming for Season 5 of The Kardashians kicked off in late September 2023.

What can fans expect from Season 5 of 'The Kardashians'?

As for what fans can expect the rest of Season 5 of The Kardashians to cover, the official trailer teases the family celebrating Kim entering her "actress era" in Season 12 of FX's hit anthology series American Horror Story.
