Nia and Daniel Booko Are Hunting for a New Home in 'The Valley'

The freshman season of The Valley is coming to a close, and the new series has packed a punch. There has been drama between most of the couples and Kristen Doute has been the center of the conflict. One thing that's very clear about the cast is that most of them are incredibly messy. However, there's one couple that the fans feel needs to be protected at all costs — Nia and Daniel Booko. Their wholesomeness provides a necessary reprieve from all the madness and accusations.

The biggest personal storyline for Nia and Daniel is the postpartum depression that Nia has been grappling with since the beginning of the season. Nia gave birth to twins before filming started for The Valley, so the couple was knee-deep in infant care when the season began. They already had a toddler, and adding newborn twins into the mix had a strong effect on them. Now that their family has grown they're looking for a bigger house. So, where do Nia and Daniel live now?

After Nia and Daniel said that they would like to move into a bigger home, Michelle and Jesse Lally put on their real estate hats and began showing them new homes. Nia wasn't interested in living in Santa Clarita, but after seeing a home there, Nia and Daniel became a little more open to it. The shift caught Michelle a bit by surprise. But did Nia and Daniel wind up going with the home the Lallys showed them? As of right now, it appears that they haven't moved yet.

One reason the couple is looking for a new home is that they feel their current home is too small. Nia said, “We have outgrown our home. We need a house with a backyard and more rooms. Trying to find a house that fits our family, [and] seeing if we wanna keep growing our family life is just wild.” The couple has it harder than the rest of the cast. Having three kids combined with the fact that all three of the kids are under the age of three means that Nia and Daniel have a lot to deal with.

Nia's struggle with postpartum depression is certainly a common challenge for mothers after giving birth. Daniel has been very supportive of her and shared his own struggles with the men during Janet and Jason Caperna's babymoon. Daniel shared with the other husbands that he has been feeling stressed out and underappreciated. Nia and Daniel are both in a tough spot. Postpartum depression isn't a picnic and managing it in addition to having three children and being on television is definitely a balancing act.
