Corinne Foxx Has a Very Famous Father, but Much Less Is Known About Her Mother

Having a famous parent certainly gives you a leg up in Hollywood. The public loves an entertainment dynasty, which may be part of the reason that Corinne Foxx has had success in her career thus far. Corinne currently works as a model and actress, and she's also Jamie Foxx's daughter. Much less is known about Corinne's mother, though, and for good reason. 

Corinne Foxx's mother is Connie Kline, who dated Jamie for a short time in 1993. Although their relationship didn't last very long, it ultimately produced Corinne, who the two have co-parented together ever since. She is a veteran, having served in the Air Force for five years, and in general, she leads a pretty quiet life. Corinne has described her mother as her biggest inspiration. 

Connie is currently 51 years old, and works as an accountant at CK Financial. She generally avoids paparazzi, even as her ex and their daughter have both embraced the spotlight. Although Corinne acknowledges her mother on social media, she very rarely posts pictures of her. It seems that Connie wanted to live her life out of the public eye as much as she possibly could. 

In addition to her absence from her daughter's social media, Connie is also pretty quiet on her own social media channels. In spite of her famous connections, it seems like Connie had no real desire for the spotlight. She chose to live a quiet life instead, and Corinne and Jamie have respected that decision, keeping her out of photos and public events as much as possible. 

Thanks to her own career and her famous father, Corinne has posted plenty of photos with famous faces on her own Instagram page. Her father also makes frequent appearances, whether they're attending awards shows together or she's posting a throwback to their time together when she was a child. She's built up a following of more than 400,000 on Instagram thus far. 

Right now, Corinne works as a model and actress. She appeared in 47 Meters Down: Uncaged in 2019, and has several other film credits for movies that have yet to be released. She's also appeared in several TV shows. For now, though, it seems like she's living the life of an influencer, posting about her life during the pandemic and starting a podcast called Am I Doing This Right? 

"This has been well over a year in the making and I cannot wait to share this with you! It’s called Am I Doing This Right? — a life how-to podcast from the perspective of non-experts. Join me and my best friend, @nataliemcm, as we cheers to the uncertainty of adulthood," Corinne said when she first announced the podcast. 

Apparently, it's set to cover a series of adult topics, including filing taxes and what exactly an IRA is. Although she's acknowledged that she isn't an experts, it sounds like Corinne and her co-host will try to navigate the world of adulthood in podcast form.
