New Amsterdam
Based on the book Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital by Eric Manheimer, the medical drama New Amsterdam follows Dr. Max Goodwin as he becomes the medical director at one of the United States' oldest public hospitals. However, his mission to provide exceptional care to patients and disrupt the status quo rubs the hospital's bureaucracy the wrong way.
