Meghan Markle's Half-Sister Didn't Appreciate Prince Harry's Comments About Family

It's kind of endearing that no matter how famous you get nor how perfect your engagement photos look, your family can still come along and jack up your life. The whole world is in love with Meghan Markle and her perfect relationship with Prince Harry and their impending nuptials. That's right, the whole world — except her sister.

Here's the drama. During an interview about Markle's first Christmas holiday with the Royal Family, Harry made some comment about how it was like his fiancée was finally hanging out with the "family she never had." 

The princess-to-be's parents are divorced, and she is not in contact with some members of her extended family, which include her half-sister, Samantha Markle. That doesn't stop Samantha from commenting on anything and everything she does. She immediately jumped onto Twitter to deny any suggestion that Meghan doesn't have a family who would enjoy spending Christmas with her (while also promoting her book, The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister). "Actually she has a large family who were always there with her and for her," Samantha tweeted. "Our household was very normal and when dad and Doria [Meghan's mother, Samantha's former stepmother] divorced, we all made it so it was like she had two houses. No one was estranged, she was just too busy. Read my book complete with facts and photos." (Say what you will about Samantha, you got to respect the book pushing hustle.)

Samantha has been handing out interviews and statements left and right in an attempt to get in o her half-sister's fame, and it's pretty weird:

If she's trying to prove Meghan Markle has a family, all she's really doing is proving why she wants to get the hell away from them.

If Samantha Markle doesn't get invited to the ceremony she'll probably try to climb the gates of Buckingham Palace.
